We ought to look at each olive oil one by one more closely, as they are shelved in any supermarket, and firstly wonder whether they are actually Virgin… before wondering whether they are “Extra” Virgin…! Have you ever wondered how, in the last 10-15 years, we have reached the point where there are no Virgin olive oils on the shelves and all the edible bulk packaged, either in metal containers or bottles, have been upgraded or transformed into “Extra” virgin?
